45 min- 1 on 1 Reformer Class* Intermediate level, for clients who have done Pilates classes before and want to give 1 on 1 a go or feel for the space and instructor, Serena. *Please choose 1 on 1 Initial Assessment to apply for a personalised program or an Introduction to Pilates for an absolute beginner.
